Love my Pace 500.3!

I just got my Pace 500.3 Cruiser Ebike and it's fantastic! The ride is so smooth and comfortable. I've been cruising all over my neighborhood since it arrived. Setting it up was pretty simple, and the instructions were clear enough. It's just a joy to ride. I'm already planning my next long ride. I'm so glad I chose this one!

Good value on Level.2

I was looking for a commuter ebike and the Level.2 caught my eye. I waited for a holiday sale and managed to snag it with a $200 discount. It felt like a solid deal compared to some other brands I checked out. Shipping was free, which saved a bit more. For the price I paid, the features and build quality are excellent. It's definitely worth the investment for my daily commute; I'm saving on gas and parking already. Very practical purchase.

My Soltera.2 is awesome!

Just got my Soltera.2 City Ebike and I love it! It's so much fun to ride around town. It came pretty fast, like a week and a half after I ordered it. Putting it together was easier than I thought, just a few parts. The battery lasts a good while too. It just feels good, you know? Definitely happy with it.

Decent, but few hiccups

I bought the Sinch.2 Folding Ebike because I needed something compact. The bike itself is well-built and folds up nicely for storage, which was my main requirement. Delivery took about 9 days, which was okay. I did notice the included multi-tool felt a bit flimsy; I ended up using my own tools for assembly. Customer service was responsive when I asked a question about tire pressure, but it took a day to get back to me. Overall, a good bike for the price, just a minor point on the accessory quality.

Aventure.2 good, support slow

I ordered the Aventure.2 All-Terrain Ebike last month. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received an order confirmation almost instantly. Shipping took 10 days to get to my place in Oregon, which felt a bit long but was within their estimated window. The bike arrived mostly assembled, which was a nice surprise, just had to attach the front wheel and handlebars. Quality seems solid, the motor is powerful, and the display is easy to read. I did have a small question about registering the warranty, and customer support took about three days to respond to my email. When they did, the answer was helpful. Overall, a good purchase.

I'm a bit nervous about dropping this much cash online. What's their return policy like if I get the Sinch.2 and it's not what I expected?

C Cody 4 weeks ago
You can return it, but you gotta do it within 14 days and it has to be basically unused. I heard they'll charge you a pretty hefty restocking fee if you've ridden it much.

yeah returns were easy, did it last month. just didn't like the color in person. just make sure you keep the box!

Thinking about getting an Aventure.2, but I'm in NYC. How long does shipping usually take to a big city like that?

J June D. 1 month ago
Mine took about a week to get to Boston, so NYC should be similar or maybe a little faster. They ship from California I think.

Yeah, I ordered my Pace last month and it got to me in Brooklyn in about 6 business days. Not super speedy but not bad either.

Hey, anyone know if they do military discounts? My brother is a veteran and wants to grab a Level.2.

S Sarah Torres 1 month ago
Yep, they definitely do! My husband used his veteran discount last year for his Aventure. You just gotta verify through ID.me on their site.

Can confirm, they have a military discount. Just make sure he's logged in or goes through the right link on their site to get it verified before checkout.

Considering an Aventon Abound for hauling stuff but also looking at the RadWagon 4. Anyone have experience with both or why Aventon might be better?

G Gwen 1 month ago
I test rode both. The Abound felt a bit more stable with cargo, and I liked the motor's power delivery more than the Rad. Plus, the Aventon's integrated lights felt a little more premium.

Depends on your budget too, I guess. I went with the Abound because of the torque sensor, which makes a huge difference climbing hills when loaded. Rad is good, but the Aventon just felt more refined for me.
